Welcome to the Cubmaster's News Page for the Pack. The purpose of this page is to let you know whats on my mind or the major activity for the coming month, also to compliment the information on our main website, or to publish / emphasize any current activities or news that I may be sending out via e-mails or phone calls. Also, from time to time this section may include items of special interest that was discussed at recent Pack or Den meetings.

	Hello Pack 104, Hope you are ready for the new 2008 - 2009 Cub Scout Year ! WOW ! Was that a FUN Cub Scout Year or What ?? !! It was SO good I feel the need to do it all over again ! So hang on to your scout socks, and tie you trail boots on tight! I plan to be out at the Webelos Camp this summer, that will be HOT...really ...and fun too ! After that we have a month off and then start planning our new "Start-Up" Den Meetings in August! Wait a moment...I'm feeling another "Rocky moment "comming on ! We have some very important activities on hand this September. If you have not done so already, please contact your den leader to find out when your Den Organization Meeting is taking place! This is very important!. In the MONTH of SEPTEMBER , We have open house at Sternberger on 8/22 and Morehead Schools 8/25 and then the Cub scout "Join-Up" nights on 9/3 and 9/9 respectively. I really need your help during school recruiting this fall !! Please lend a hand by planning to come to recruiting night and by "Talking-Up" Scouting at your school / PTA !! ...call me to let me know you can help! Our first Pack meeting is on September 18th ! The FALL FAMILY CAMPOUT is in early November this year. Our District is on the calendar for November 7th-9th this year...(its a rotation and every few years we are early/or later). Its always lots of fun and is held at Woodfield Scout Camp! Look for an update prior to our September Meeting and... *Welcome Back !* Stay tuned for more info!
