Pack Meeting Responsible Leader => Each Pack Meeting has a Leader assigned that is responsible to coordinate, plan, and execute the actual meeting. He is the MC for the meeting and works with the assigned Dens and other Leaders to assist the Pack meeting to coordinate all details
Sponsoring Den => Each Den is assigned 2 tasks:
1) support one Pack Meeting and, 2) coordinate and promote one Pack EVENT
Pack Meeting Theme => Special theme of the meeting from Cub Scout Plan Book
- (responsible leader to name this if not known)
Responsible Den Leader => Den leader that is responsible to:
1) Coordinate with Pack Meeting Leader to support the Pack meeting
(generally this takes the form of a opening / closing flag ceremony and skit/or song, etc).and,
2) Coordinates the Promotion and Logistics of the assigned Pack Event
(makes it happen - working with Pack Activity Committee)This can be a little as Event Promotion and gathering a lists of participants, to as much as making all logistic reservations and vendor arrangements, depending upon event…and the support of the Activities Chairperson, other Leaders …or the person that did it last year !
Bottom Line: Make it happen, don't let the ball get dropped.
